We collect account details (email, phone number, business name) when merchants create a store, as well as customer order details submitted during storefront checkout.
2. How Information Is Used
Merchant data is used solely to provide hosted storefront services, manage subscription accounts, and facilitate direct buyer-seller payment claims via Mobile Money and Card channels.
3. Data Security & Storage
All data transmissions are encrypted using SSL/TLS encryption. Sensitive authentication records are stored securely with encrypted database backends.
4. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell or rent merchant or buyer personal data to third parties. Data is shared with payment processors (Paystack, Mobile Money networks) exclusively for transaction settlement.
